Yulia Orinel

Yulia Orinel is a visual artist and photographer based on the Côte d’Azur, France. Her work explores perception, symbolism, mythology and the relationship between the visible and invisible dimensions of human experience.

Working across painting and photography, she is interested in the way image, light, colour and symbolic form can shift perception and evoke states beyond ordinary narrative.

Her artistic practice draws on mythology, contemplative experience and the symbolic languages of different cultures, translating these influences into a contemporary visual language.

Her work has been presented in Monaco, including at the Salon International d’Art Contemporain and Galerie L’Entrepôt.

She works primarily with painting and photography, with a particular interest in figurative imagery, symbolism and contemporary interpretations of archetypal themes.
